Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Website Design & SEO: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of project commencement. If work has already started, only a partial refund may be issued.
- Social Media Management: No refunds are issued for services already delivered for a given period.
- Custom Design Work: Due to the nature of custom work, refunds are not provided once design drafts have been approved.
Non-Refundable Services
- Domain name purchases, hosting fees, and third-party software costs.
- Completed digital services (e.g., final website handovers).
- Delays caused by the client (e.g., late responses, failure to provide necessary content).
How to Request a Refund
- Refund requests must be sent in writing to admin@bogonicreatives.co.za.
- Please include your name, service purchased, and reason for the refund request.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days if eligible.
Changes to This Policy
